At 9 a.m. sharp, visitors began arriving to Inspirada’s new home model debut on August 2, and the flow of energy and excitement never ebbed.
First Dibs! welcomed serious homebuyers, curious home browsers and their friends and family members, who enjoyed great food, informative presentations and a comfortably cool summer day, while exploring new Henderson homes.
The stars of the day were Inspirada’s 16 new home models by KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers. Visitors took in the beautiful interior décor, modern floor plans, indoor/outdoor spaces and unique features for multi-generational living. Blair and Robert Heath of Henderson walked the models, contemplating their next move.
“We like new. We bought our current home new, and there are not a lot of options in Henderson right now,” said Blair.
“The new home construction slowed when the economy changed,” Robert said. “We learned about First Dibs! online and really like what we see so far.”
Shawn and Serena Scibilia seriously considered the layouts and features of the Inspirada models and how they would accommodate their lives for several years.
“This is our third home purchase, and we’re looking for a home to grow into,” Serena said. “We have to take into account children, in-laws, the stairs, the yard. I mean, how is this going to work for us for a long time? We love this neighborhood, and this seems like an awesome community with a lot to do.”
