Homebuyers were not the only ones interested in Inspirada’s offerings of new Henderson homes, neighborhoods and nearby parks. Las Vegas media interviewed Inspirada builders about their community, and Inspirada’s news was featured on the front pages of the Las Vegas Review Journal on August 1.
In the article, “Vegas on a Roll with 8,500-home development,” Dennis Smith, president and CEO of Home Builders Research in Las Vegas, said the “confidence boost that results from [Inspirada’s] opening could have ripple effects across the housing market.”
Rob McGibney, president of KB Home’s Las Vegas Division (pictured), was interviewed by ABC-affiliate KTNV 13 Action News at First Dibs!, and believes the market is primed for Inspirada’s active, connected community of beautiful, single-family new Henderson homes.
“The market is really coming back now, and we’re happy to be able to offer new (Henderson) homes,” McGibney said.
